The valley d’Aure is an old glaciated valley of the High Pyrenees, located in margin of the National park of the Pyrenees and Reserve of Néouvielle.
20 kms to the south and you are in Spain by the tunnel of Bielsa; there you have the National park of Mount Perdu and a little further the famous Sierra de Guara and its canyons.
The valley d’Aure still has this taste of origins with a rude and enchanting landscape at the same time. The tourism not about it remains with its many ski resorts and its mountain sports activities, its health resorts and its cultural inheritance.
